This policy explains how refund requests are generally handled for QxGaming digital purchases and subscriptions.
Platform billing
- Most subscription and in-app purchase transactions are processed by the relevant app store platform.
- Refund eligibility and request flow may therefore depend on Apple App Store rules and your local consumer rights.
How to request a refund
- Start with the purchase platform refund workflow when the transaction was charged by the platform.
- If you also need assistance from QxGaming, contact billing@qxgaming.app and include the app name, purchase date, and transaction context.
Review process
We may ask for non-sensitive information needed to understand the request and direct you to the correct platform-managed flow.
